![]() ![]() Manager Matthew began to explain to us that most of their business is now takeout and they had to take the orders in the order they arrived - they couldn't just move dine-in customers to the front of the line. We explained about the coupon and the fact that we'd been there two hours by this time. We tried to use a birthday coupon.īeing an optimistic sort, I asked the server if she could check with the manager. One would think that after first choosing Red Robin and then choosing to wait for 90 minutes, we'd have finally made a good decision based upon the law of averages if for no other reason. After eating the meal, I still felt unsatisfied but didn't want to ask for any more of that food. The food was OK - the fries weren't fresh and the burger looked like it had been under a heat lamp for a but we were famished so we dug in. After being seated, it took another 45 minutes. It was considerably longer - about 45 minutes. The hostess estimated our wait time at 20 minutes but added that it could be shorter or longer. My wife and I arrived at Red Robin at 6:00 p.m. ![]() You will not see my family going here again. I have one regret and this was not taking a photo of the salad and showing the difference from the menu photo. I for one rather eat at home since i can make most things better than what is ordered. i would call it a salad with a sprinkling of chicken pieces. I would not call it a crispy chicken tender strip salad. It sure doesn't have much chicken on it today. I have ordered this salad in the past and it had a lot of chicken on it. The chicken was sprinkled the size of croutons. What shocked me was when i got my 15 dollar salad. The photos would show six to ten large chicken strips on top of a salad. this so evident was when i ordered the crispy chicken tender salad. What you order is not what is in the picture. I have noticed a trend the past few times but finally saw it last week. I went with my wife since she likes Red Robin burgers.
